DISHWASHING AREA ON WALLS NEAR SPRAYER, IN REAR DRY STORAGE AREA FLYING AROUND AND ON TOP OF CARDBOARD BOXES AND STORD CONTAINERS AND RESTING ON TOP OF BAR TOP COUNTER AND PIPING, ON SHELVES WHERE CLEAN GLASSWARE IS STORED AND DINNG AREA ON TABLE PREROLLED SILVERWARE.INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE SMALL LIVE FLY ACTIVITY ON PREMISE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS AND MAINTAIN. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.
