NOTED BASEMENT STORAGE ALSO HAS OPEN EXPOSED BRICK WALLS AND EXPOSED BREAKING WOOD CEILING THAT ARE CRUMBLING ONTO SINGLE USE ITEMS MUST PROVIDE BARRIER MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROPERLY SHIELD THE SEWAGE LINES TO INTERCEPT POTENTIAL DRIPS OR REMOVE THE ITEMS STORED BENEATH THE SEWAGE LINES.
