• Hand sink in rear food prep area is missing a required splash guard on the left side.
• Open wall with exposed dirt and piping behind the west bar needs to be sealed.
• Expanding spray foam used as sealant under the grill line hand sink and dish machine must be trimmed smooth to be properly cleanable.
