  • Multiple equipment issues: damaged cooler door gaskets, leaking 3-compartment sink faucet, missing sink stoppers, and no refrigerator thermometer.
  • Structural damage including missing and damaged ceiling tiles, baseboards, and missing grout on floor tiles in prep, dishwashing, and storage areas. Unused items stored in areas creating pest harborage.
