OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 OR MORE MICE DROPPINGS ON SITE. MICE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: ON THE LOWER SHELVES UNDER THE BAKERS PRIDE OVEN, FOOD PREP TABLE, UNDER THE HOT HOLDING EQUIPMENT IN THE PREP AREA, ON THE FLOORS IN THE TOILET ROOM, BEHIND AND SURROUNDING THE OVENS AND COLD HOLDING UNITS. DROPPINGS WERE FOUND IN THE BASEMENT AREA ON THE SHELF. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE AFFECTED AREAS AND RECOMMENDED CONTACTING PEST CONTROL FOR A SERVICE.
