5-205.15: OBSERVED THE HANDWASHING SINK AT THE FRONT SERVING LINE WITH A SLOW DRAIN. ALSO, FOUND THE FOOD HANDLER TOILET ROOM WITH NO WATER AT HANDWASHING SINK, DUE TO BEING WATING ON BEING REPAIRED. OBSERVED A WORK ORDER DATED ON 09/18/2026 REGARDING THE MENTIONED TOILET ROOM. INSTRUCTED TO REPAIR SLOW DRAIN AND TO RESTORE WATER IN MENTIONED TOILET ROOM.
