ONE PORTABLE HAND-WASHING SINK WAS PRESENT AND CONNECTED AGAINST WALL ACROSS 3-COMPARTMENT SINK AT TIME OF INSPECTION; NO HOT OR COLD WATER AVAILABLE FROM BOTH UNITS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE HANDWASHING SINK WITH PLUMBED HOT AND COLD WATER, SOAP AND PAPER TOWELS, AND PROPERLY CONNECTED TO DRAIN IN ROOM 122/DISHWASHING ROOM. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, 7-38-030(c).

OBSERVED A PORTABLE (NON-PLUMBED) HAND WASHING SINK IN THE FRONT PREPARATION/CASHIER AREA AS WELL AS THREE 2 COFFEE BREWING EQUIPMENT/DISPENSERS AT FRONT PREP AREA TO NOT BE CONNECTED TO CITY PLUMBING WITH AVAILABLE HOT AND COLD WATER AT TIME OF INSPECTION. WATER TEMPERATURE MEASURED AT 102F AFTER RUNNING AT TIME OF INSPECTION. INSTUCTED MANAGER THAT AN ADEQUATE SUPPLY OF HOT AND COLD WATER UNDER PRESSURE PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE CITY OF CHICAGO WATER SUPPLY AND DRAIN MUST BE PROVIDED THROUGHOUT THE RETAIL FOOD ESTABLISHMENT, INCLUDING THE HAND SINK AND ALL EQUIPMENT REQUIRING WATER.
