OBSERVED PEST AND RODENT ACTIVITY ON PREMSIES. FOUND 30 OR MORE MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE STORAGE CLOSET BY THE KITCHEN AND ON THE FLOOR UNDER A PREP TABLE NEAR THE LOCKER AREA. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE MOUSE DROPPINGS WHERE NOTED. OBSERVED SEVERAL FRUIT FLIES AND HOUSE FLIES IN THE DISHWASHING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO ELIMINATE. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED.
