Standout Inspection

We flagged this inspection for serious public health concerns.

Key Findings

  • About 10 rodent droppings discovered on the bottom shelf of a hot-holding unit inside a pest trap.
  • Open pesticide found sprinkled behind cooking equipment, by the ice machine, and under shelves in the utility room.
  • Soiled pest traps containing insects and rodent droppings were not replaced.
  • Door #16 has a one-inch gap at the bottom, allowing rodents to enter the facility.
