Key Findings

• Over 100 rodent droppings scattered on floors, walls, corners, cardboard boxes in dry storage, and pre-K closets. Manager instructed to call exterminator and sanitize all areas.
• Multiple handwashing sinks lack adequate hot water (measured 72.5°F-74.1°F instead of required 100-120°F) on first and second floors.
• Previous violations from August 22 remain uncorrected: rear exit doors have 1/4" gap at bottom, employee washroom hot water has low pressure, missing garbage can with lid in employee washroom, and dusty air vents in prep area.
• Loose faucets and missing handles on handwashing sinks in girls' and boys' washrooms; stained ceiling tiles and damaged floor tiles throughout; items stored directly on floors in pre-K closets.
