6-202.15: OBSERVED OPENING AT BASE OF SINGLE EXIT RECEIVING DOOR OUTSIDE OF PREP AREA AND OBSERVED OPENING AT RIGHT OF BASE OF RECEIVING DOCK DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO SEAL ALL OUTER OPENINGS TO PREVENT PEST ENTRANCE.
