Key Findings

• No city-certified food manager present during food preparation and service of milk, quiche, and tuna.
• Approximately 30 or more small black live flies observed flying throughout premises, on walls, countertops, and food display holders.
• Handwashing sink inaccessible and being used to rinse and store milk frothing pitchers instead of for handwashing.
• Equipment throughout prep areas needs cleaning including sandwich press, refrigerator/freezer interior and exterior, and under coffee equipment.
