Key Findings

• 46 mice droppings discovered in classroom closet near kitchen, along kitchen wallbase, under storage racks, and in classroom cubby. Inspector ordered removal, sanitization, and pest control contact.
• Dirt, debris, and evidence of mice activity found on floors throughout kitchen, storage, and classrooms, particularly in corners and under equipment. Floor drain in middle classroom hallway requires cleaning.
• Dirt and dust buildup, spider webs, and debris accumulated on vents in toilet rooms, classrooms, and kitchen, plus windowsills and walls/ceilings throughout facility.
• Kitchen cabinet lower surfaces have food residue, dirt, and debris. Hole found in mop sink closet, missing/damaged coving in kitchen and mop closet, and unsealed pipes and conduits throughout facility create pest entry points.
