5-202.12 (A) Inspector Comments: OBSERVED NO HOT RUNNING WATER AT THE HANDWASHING SINK IN THE TOILET ROOM AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE DOOR, OCCUIPIED BY THE FOOD HANDLERS. THE TEMPERATURE OF THE SAID HANDWASHING SINK WAS 64.0F. THE HOT WATER IN THE BOYS AND GIRLS TOILET ROOM ON THE SECOND FLOOR WAS NOT METTING COMPLIANCE THE TEMPERATURES RANGED 55.4F-57.9F. INSTRUCTED TO HAVE HOT (100F) AND COLD RUNNING AT ALL HAND WASH SINKS. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-030(C), NO CITATION ISSUED.
