• Clean fan covers in the walk-in cooler and interior of the freezer by the mop sink.
• Scrape and repaint chipped and peeling paint in the food prep area around the ice machine and employee washroom; repair cracked walls and seal openings.
• Multiple lights are out above the 3-compartment sink and dry storage area; adequate lighting must be provided in all food prep and storage areas.
