6-501.111 OBSERVED APPROX. 200 RAT DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR OF THE BASEMENT STORAGE ROOMS AND ON THE WOODEN SHELVES OF THE LIQUOR STORAGE CABINET IN THE BASEMENT. ALSO OBSERVED APPROX. 30 LIVE SMALL FLYING INSECTS FLYING AROUND IN THE BASEMENT. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY IN THE BASEMENT. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
