• Approximately 500 mouse droppings discovered on kitchen floors, prep tables, near handwashing sink, behind bar, and in basement storage areas. Two dead mice also found and required removal.
• Low-temperature dishmachine lacks sanitizer dispensing system needed to properly sanitize dishes and utensils.
• Two handwashing sinks blocked and inaccessible: main kitchen sink obstructed by oil boxes, basement prep sink filled with paper towels and utensils.
• Widespread cleanliness issues including grease buildup on kitchen fan and fryers, dirty ceiling tiles, and food stored in non-food-grade grocery bags in walk-in freezer.
