• Heavy dust buildup on ceiling ventilation vents throughout the premises, including washrooms. Must be cleaned and maintained.
• Wiping cloths improperly stored on top of prep table instead of in a sanitizing solution when not in use.
• Damaged and torn door gasket on rear 3-door prep cooler was not repaired from previous inspection on 08/14/2026. Must be repaired or replaced.
