• Carnitas held at 125-130°F instead of required minimum 135°F. Manager discarded 60 pounds of food worth $100.
• Multiple handwashing sink deficiencies: no hand soap at front and rear sinks, toilet room water only 74°F instead of 100°F minimum, and missing hand-drying provisions at two locations.
