INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND HAVE PEST CONTROL COMPANY SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION NEXT WEEK. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A) CITATION ISSUED FOR CONTROL OF VERMIN AND INSECTS.
