INSTRUCTED TO EITHER REMOVE POT FROM THE PREMISES OR PROVIDE A LARGE ENOUGH SINK TO ACCOMMODATE OR DEMONSTRATE AND PROVIDE A WRITTEN CLEANING AND SANITIZING PROCEDURE FOR THE POT.
