Key Findings

• About 20 mouse droppings discovered in storage room. Pest control service recommended to eliminate rodent activity.
• Refrigerator and multiple cold-holding units storing chicken, yogurt, and cheese sticks were too warm (50.6°F–54.9°F instead of required 41°F or below). Manager discarded and destroyed $30 worth of food.
• Handwashing sinks throughout the facility had water temperatures of 73.8°F–75.2°F, well below the required minimum of 100°F. Paper towels were missing from third-floor all-gender staff washrooms.
• Missing toilet tissue in wheelchair-accessible stall and non-working lights in hood ventilation system.
