OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 80 OR MORE MICE DROPPINGS ON SITE AT THE TIME OF THE INSPECTION. MICE DROPPINGS WERE FOUND ON THE SHELVES AND THE FLOORS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: AISLES 1, 10, 11, 13,14, 18, 19, IN THE MEN'S TOILET ROOM, ON THE FLOOR WHERE THE ENERGY DRINKS ARE STORED, NEAR THE RACK WHERE CHARCOAL IS STORED. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE ALL ITEMS FROM SHELVES FOUND WITH DROPPINGS, REMOVE MICE DROPPINGS, CLEAN, AND SANITIZE ALL AFFECTED AREAS. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION 7-38-020(A), CITATION ISSUED
