OBSERVED A FEW FOOD HANDLER CERTIFICATE THAT HAD EXPIRED. MUST RENEW AND MAINTAIN AS REQUIRED.
MUST CLEAN INSIDE STORAGE CABINETS BEHIND THE SELF SERVING STATIONS TO REMOVE SPILLS AND DEBRIS. ALSO CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ICE MACHINE IN THE COFFEE SHOP PREP AREA.
