Key Findings

• Ice machine on second floor had thick black slimy buildup in upper compartment dripping onto ice. Machine was shut down until cleaned and sanitized.
• Multiple handwashing sinks lacked soap and/or paper towels on the 2nd and 3rd floors, including dish washing areas and bar areas.
• Low-temperature dish washing machine had zero sanitizer strength (0 PPM chlorine, minimum required is 50 PPM) and was taken out of service pending repair.
• Serving plates in kitchen and dining areas were not inverted, allowing dust accumulation. Ice buildup and dirt accumulation noted in freezer units.
