Inspectors observed more than 110 mouse droppings scattered across multiple rooms, including 30 droppings in an electrical closet and kitchen cabinets, 30 in a storage closet, and 20 in kitchen cabinets in another area.
This rodent infestation was cited as a priority violation in a previous inspection on 4/27/26 and was not corrected before this re-inspection.
Management was ordered to clean and remove all rodent droppings and hire additional pest control services to eliminate ongoing rodent activity.
Excessive clutter in storage areas must be removed and items stored off floors and away from walls to reduce pest harborage conditions.

OBSERVED APPROX. 10 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND THE MINI FRIDGES AND UNDER THE STEEL STORAGE SHELVES IN ROOM 140/141. OBSERVED 2 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO THE RADIATOR IN ROOM 214. OBSERVED APPROX. 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN THE ELECTRICAL CLOSET AND IN THE KITCHEN CABINETS IN ROOM 226. OBSERVED APPROX. 30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR IN ROOM 224 STORAGE CLOSET.
