MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE SNEEZEGUARDS TO PROTECT THE FOOD FROM CONTAMINATION. MANAGEMENT REMOVED THE FOOD FROM THE BUFFET LINE THAT WAS NOT PROTECTED. PRIORITY VIOLATION 7-38-005. CITATION ISSUED.
