• Front entrance door has a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom, allowing potential rodent entry.
• Multiple previous violations from January 2026 inspection remain uncorrected: no thermometers in reach-in and prep coolers, food handler not wearing beard guard, wiping cloths not stored in sanitizing solution, worn gaskets on walk-in and prep cooler doors, rust on walk-in cooler shelves, and no covered trash receptacle in toilet room.
