• Wet wiping cloths were left on prep surfaces instead of being stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
• Food debris, spills, and grease buildup were found on floors and surfaces throughout the facility, including under shelving, in the dish area, and around cooking equipment.
• No food handler certificates were present on site; all employees are required to have this training.
• A line cook did not have required allergen training certification on file.
