OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF APPROXIMATELY 80 LARGE RODENT DROPPINGS IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS THROUGHOUT FACILITY, THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS: IN LARGE DINING ROOM SCATTERED ALONG SIDE SEATING ON SOUTH WALL IN BETWEEN FLOOR AND WALL, IN UNUSED BAR UNDER EQUIPMENT, IN PREP AREA BEHIND FREEZER AND ROLLING CART STORING BLENDERS , IN DRY STORAGE SCATTERED UNDER WIRED STORAGE CARTS CONTAINING RICE, SEASONINGS ETC, ON BRICK LEDGE LOCATED BEHIND PREP TABLE AND ICE MACHINE , UNDER 3 COMPARTMENT SINK (RINSE BASIN), IN OFFICE SPACE UNDER DESK AND IN CORNERS, IN BASMENT UNDER WIRED RACK STORING TOXIC MATERIALS, ON STORED UNUSED EQUIPMENT(STERNONS, SPEED RACKS,. RECOMMENDED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICE PRIOR TO REINSPECTION, REMOVE ALL SAID RODENT DROPPINGS, CLEAN AND SANITIZE SAID AREAS.PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A).
