• Evidence of mice throughout the facility with 100+ droppings found in dry storage, utility closet, and towel closet. Pest control service required before reinspection.
• Outside dumpster lids not closing due to overflowing trash, creating conditions that attract pests.
• Inch gap at bottom of kitchen exit door to trash area allows pest entry. Door must be sealed.
• Food handlers prepping food without hair restraints, and no handwashing signs posted in employee washroom. Facility also has loose debris and dirt buildup throughout.
