• More than 40 live flies observed scattered throughout rear prep and dishwashing area on walls, ceiling, shelving, and boxes. Pest control service required.
• Hand sinks, floors, floor drains, mop buckets, and countertops in rear area were dirty, creating conditions for pest harborage and breeding.
• Garbage cans were dirty inside, potentially breeding pests.
• Mops left sitting in dirty water near the three-compartment sink; hood filters, walls, and light shields above fryers were covered in grease buildup.
