Key Findings

• Over 100 mouse droppings observed on floors, shelving, prep tables, and electrical outlets in prep, storage, and basement areas. Manager instructed to call exterminator and sanitize all affected areas.
• Food managers lack required allergen training. This violation was not corrected from a previous inspection dated 8-30-21.
• No handwashing signs posted at handwashing sinks as required.
• Debris accumulating on floors under all equipment, along walls, and in corners throughout prep, storage, and basement areas. Floors must be cleaned and maintained.
