Key Findings

• Approximately 100 or more live small flies observed flying around walls and ceilings in dining areas, storage areas, hallways, restrooms, and near garbage cans. This is a repeat violation from a prior inspection that was not corrected.
• Scoops left in large food storage containers must be removed and stored properly to prevent contamination.
• Multi-use utensils on prep tables and shelving units must be inverted to prevent contamination.
• Worn door gaskets on a 2-door reach-in cooler in the dining area need repair or replacement; damaged floor tiles and stained ceiling tiles throughout the premises must be repaired or replaced; hood filters need cleaning.
