  • About 50 or more live flies observed on ceilings in rear prep/mopsink and dining areas. This was a previously cited violation that had not been fixed. Pest control was called for service.
  • Grease and food debris buildup on equipment wheel bases, legs, wok station, noodle mixer, and fryer cabinet need cleaning.
  • Trash left uncovered in garbage cans, creating insect attraction risk. Trash must be emptied nightly and containers must have lids.
  • Grease and food debris accumulation on floors, around wall bases, and floor drains require cleaning. Small hole near hot water tank and missing grout in mopsink area must be repaired. Gap along front service counter wall kick plate must be sealed.
