Approximately 60 dead roaches found in kitchen light shields.

  • About 60 dead roaches were observed in light shields throughout the kitchen. Proper pest control processes must be used to eliminate them.
  • Food containers were stored on the floor in both the walk-in cooler and freezer. All items must be at least 6 inches above the floor.
  • Puddles of water were scattered across the dish area floor. The facility must clean and maintain these areas.
  • Food handler and allergen training certificates were not available on-site during inspection.
