OBSERVED EVIDENCE OF RODENT ACTIVITY IN CAFETERIA. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20-30 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON ALL SHELVING UNDER CAFETERIA COUNTER AND IN DRAWERS OF COUNTER. OBSERVED 15-20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE REACH IN BEHIND GARBAGE. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 20 MOUSE DROPPINGS ON THE FLOOR BEHIND AND ON LOWER SHELF OF PREP TABLE WHERE THE MICROWAVE IS STORED IN CAFETERRIA. OBSERVED ABOUT 50-60 ANTS ON FLOOR NEXT TO COOKING EQUIPMENT. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 5-7 FRUIT FLIES IN CAFETERIA. MANAGEMENT INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE ANTS, FRUIT FLIES, AND ALL RODENT DROPPINGS FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
