Heavily rusted shelves and prep tables in cooler and prep areas require immediate cleaning or replacement.

Key Findings

  • Walk-in cooler shelves on east side and prep tables on west wall are heavily rusted and must be cleaned or replaced to provide safe food-contact surfaces.
  • Two-door cooler next to ovens has a torn or missing gasket on the right door that needs repair or replacement.
  • Unfinished, unpainted wooden wall panels in front bar area and rear prep corner lack smooth, cleanable surfaces required for food prep zones.
  • Damaged wall with hole behind spray sink in front prep area and gaps around bathroom vents exposing wall cavities need repair and sealing.
