OBSERVED THE EXTERIOR GREASE CONTAINER TO BE HEAVILY CAKED AND COVERED IN GREASE ON THE EXTERIOR OF THE CONTAINER ALONG THE TOP LID, FRONT OF THE CONTAINER, AND WHEELS OF UNIT AT TIME OF INSPECTION, PROVIDING ACCESS FOR PESTS AND RODENTS. INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO DETAIL CLEAN AND MAINTAIN ALL REFUSE AND WASTE IN CONTAINERS AND TO ENSURE WASTE SUCH AS GREASE IS INACCESSIBLE TO PESTS AND RODENTS. PRIOIRTY FOUNDATION VIOLATION, 7-38-020(b).
