Key Findings

• Ice machine's interior panel and chute heavily soiled with black mold-like substance. All ice was discarded and the machine must be cleaned and sanitized before operation resumes.
• Food storage containers found sitting directly on the floor inside the walk-in cooler instead of being elevated on proper shelving.
• Plastic lining on the exterior of the fryer door must be removed to maintain a smooth, cleanable surface.
