• Dead roaches found throughout front and rear prep areas, under hot and cold holding equipment, stoves, and cooking equipment.
• Cutting boards in rear prep have open seams and dark stains; restaurant instructed to refinish or replace them.
• Heavy grease buildup on cooking equipment, fryers, walls, floors, and shelving units throughout kitchen and prep areas.
