OBSERVED CONTINUED NON-COMPLIANCE FROM REPORT#2637590 DATED: 05/28/2026 NOT CORRECTED AS FOLLOWS: #10: OBSERVED A PORTABLE HANDWASHING SINK WITH A FRESH WATER CONTAINER UNDERNEATH ON THE 4TH FLOOR. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE A HARD PLUMBED HANDWASHING SINK TO ALLOW CONVENIENT USE BY EMPLOYEES IN ALL FOOD PREPARATION AREAS, FOOD DISPENSING, AND WAREWASHING AREAS.
