• Critical violations from May 2023 remain uncorrected: gaps at bottom of rear exit door and both front doors still allow pest entry, and vent cover above mop sink remains dusty.
• Prepacked cheese and yogurt in cooler lack required manufacturer/packer address information on labels.
• Boxes of cookies stored directly on floor in storage areas instead of elevated at least 6 inches; mop stored wet in bucket instead of allowed to dry between uses.
