Key Findings

• Severe pest infestation with approximately 100 or more live small flies observed on walls, ceilings, ventilation ducts, and food preparation areas throughout the facility.
• Catering food storage items improperly stored in hot water tank/furnace room underneath overhead motors, risking contamination.
• Grease buildup in fryer cabinet, ceiling buildup in walk-in cooler, excessive floor drain buildup, and water/debris accumulation in multiple areas including dishwashing station and food holding line.
• Gap in lower center of front entry doors allows insect entry; worn and pitted cutting board needs repair or replacement.
