Key Findings

• A certified food manager was not on site during preparation and serving of temperature-controlled foods. A citation was issued and management was instructed that a certified manager must be present at all times when these foods are being handled.
• Beverages in the walk-in cooler were stored directly on the floor instead of on shelving or elevated at least 6 inches above the floor.
• Food residue was found inside reach-in freezers in the rear storage area and must be cleaned.
• Clutter and unnecessary items were scattered throughout rear storage areas. All items must be organized on shelving at least 6 inches off the floor.
