INSTRUCTED TO ELEVATE FOOD ITEMS AT LEAST SIX INCHES ABOVE THE FLOOR OR PROVIDE ADDITIONAL SHELVING. -47) 4-501.11: OBSERVED TORN GASKETS ON THE INSIDE OF ALL COOLER DOORS ON THE FOUR DOOR REACH-IN COOLER IN THE PREP AREA. EMPTY SANITIZING CONTAINER CONNECTED AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION. MANAGER REPLACED THE SANITIZER WITH A FULL CONTAINER.PRIORITY VIOLATION #7-38-025. CITATION ISSUED.
