  • A handwashing sink in the prep area was blocked by a shelf and inaccessible; the bar sink had soda machine tubes placed in it, rendering it unusable.
  • No soap was provided at the prep area handwashing sink, and no paper towels were available at either the bar or prep sinks.
  • The three-compartment sink leaks when drained, compromising its ability to properly sanitize dishes and equipment.
  • Cooking equipment, prep tables, coolers, freezers, and shelving had accumulated grease and food debris; floors in storage areas had visible debris.

ALSO OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK IN BAR WITH CUP AND TUBES FROM SODA MACHINE PLACE IN IT. INSTRUCTED TO MAINTAIN ALL EXPOSED HAND WASHING SINKS OPEN AND ACCESSIBLE FOR HAND WASHING.
