OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10-15 FRUIT AND HOUSE FLIES IN DELI AREA NEAR PREP TABLE AND HAND WASHING SINK. OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 3-5 FLIES IN SERVICE MEAT DEPARTMENT. INSTRUCTED TO CLEAN AND REMOVE HOUSE AND FRUIT FLIES FROM ALL AFFECTED AREAS. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO ELIMINATE THE FLY ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION #7-38-020(A). CITATION ISSUED.
