Key Findings

• Observed bulk containers in the rear (cooking gordita prep area) without a label.
• Observed large pots used to cook foods in the food prep areas.
• Instructed to detail clean the grease inside the bottom compartment of the deep fryer and sides of the cooking grill in the rear (gordita prep/cooking area),storage racks inside the walk-in-cooler (bakery prep area),sliding doors with dried-up food debris in (meat prep area) and maintain.
• Observed water leak at drain pipe underneath the dishwashing 3-compartment sink located in the rear (carnita cooking/prep area).
