• Prepackaged salsas, soups, and desserts in retail coolers lack ingredient labels and common name identification.
• No splashguard installed between exposed hand washing sink and 3-compartment sink in meat prep area; stained cutting board in use instead of being replaced.
• Multiple facility issues: standing water between floor tiles in meat and carnitas prep areas needs regrouting; broken ceiling tile in rear deli prep area; open wall sections and damaged stainless steel requiring repair; exposed hand washing sink area not properly sealed.
